If order is processed and delivered the items won’t be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing issue.
If the delivery is not executed during the first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
We will try our best to pack and send the products as intact as possible. In case, if the product gets damaged or lost during transit, we will do a full refund for the order.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
